• Medical history indicators (disclosed conditions, thyroid markers, PCOS signs, food allergies).
• Dietary details (daily eating schedules, preferences, caffeine/alcohol consumption).

2. Purpose of Processing

Your details are processed strictly to design personalized lifestyle roadmaps, customize nutritional targets (using Mifflin-St Jeor metabolic equations), and conduct NLP mindset coaching sessions. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your information to third-party advertising companies.

Intake files are stored securely in local database tables (or secure hosting volumes) authenticated via strict security roles. General inquiries submitted through modals are handled directly using Google services and Node mailers, routing details to Ruchi's email box. You may request deletion or changes to your records by contacting us.
