The published plan capacity is the maximum number of active clients you can have at once. It is not a monthly quota of new clients. For example, a 45-client capacity means:
- Month 1 = 45 active clients receiving live plans
- Renewal maintains the active 45-client capacity
- To add a new client when at capacity, archive a completed client

TVS Platform vs. Services
It is important to note that platform subscriptions and expert clinical services are structured separately:
- Platform Access: Covers dashboard operations, client database maintenance, AI-assisted menu planning, and data exports.
- Professional Services: Custom clinical plan creation, TVS review checks, and project consults are optional, separate service add-ons.
Renewal & Expiry Operations
Billing rules for active slots, archived client histories, and onboarding pipelines:
- On Renewal: Client lists stay active, histories are fully preserved, and billing cycle slots roll over.
- On Expiry: All historical data is safely stored offline under privacy guidelines, but dashboard edit access is paused.

Partners get the platform, AI-assisted diet-plan creation, client history, export options, and the ability to request TVS-created or reviewed plans.
The plan sets the maximum number of active clients at any moment. It does not mean new clients are added automatically each month.
No. The active client limit is a simultaneous capacity limit, not a monthly quota.
Existing clients remain active, history remains intact, capacity continues, and available slots can be used for new clients.
Your data and client history are preserved, but new organization activity may be restricted until renewal.
Yes. Existing clients stay in the platform, subject to your active capacity and the partner plan you choose.
To add a new client, an existing active client must be archived. Archived clients do not consume active capacity.
Restoration requires TVS or admin support; archived clients cannot be restored by the organization itself.
Yes. Partner organizations can create and edit AI-assisted diet plans for their active clients.
Yes. TVS review, refinement and custom nutrition services are offered separately from the partner subscription.
